A reputable healthcare provider is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support their retail pharmacy operations in Cicero, IL. Location: Cicero, IL

Schedule/Hours:

• Various shifts from April 16, 2026, to May 6, 2026
• Typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on assigned days
• Per Diem position offering flexible scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and authorized health practitioners
• Provide detailed information and counseling to patients about medication use and possible side effects
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory management as needed

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Illinois pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy is preferred; knowledge of long-term care pharmacy practices is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively advise and educate patients
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
