Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Clovis, California

An opportunity is available for an experienced retail pharmacist to manage medium to high volume prescriptions efficiently. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, providing a consistent workweek and a positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage prescription processing in a retail setting
• Provide medication counseling and ensure patient safety
• Utilize Rx30 software for prescription management and record keeping
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Serve patients in Clovis, CA, and assist with daily commutes to smaller communities within a 30-40 minute radius outside Fresno

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency with Rx30 pharmacy software preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred but not mandatory, as pharmacy technicians provide Spanish language support
• Ability to effectively manage medium to high prescription volume
• Willingness to commute within the designated surrounding communities of Fresno area

Location:

• Based in Clovis, CA, with travel to nearby communities as needed

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
