Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Columbus Grove, OH

A per diem Staff Pharmacist position is available to provide vacation coverage at a managed community health center pharmacy near Marion, OH, approximately one hour north of Columbus. The assignment runs Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Pharmacist license required
• Retail pharmacy experience is mandatory
• Prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or 340B program setting is highly preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy system is a plus
• Ability to work effectively alongside a strong pharmacy technician team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform standard retail pharmacy duties including prescription processing, patient counseling, and medication verification
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as pharmacy policies
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality patient care

Location:

• Near Marion, OH (about 1 hour north of Columbus)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
