Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Columbus Grove, Ohio

A community health center pharmacy is seeking a skilled pharmacist to provide vacation coverage for a per diem opportunity in Columbus Grove, OH. This assignment runs Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26, with shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Located about an hour north of Columbus, OH, the pharmacy offers a dynamic environment supported by a strong pharmacy technician team.

This role focuses on retail pharmacy responsibilities, delivering quality care and service to the community. While prior experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or with 340B programs is highly preferred, it is not a requirement. Retail pharmacy experience is mandatory. Familiarity with the Rx30 system is advantageous, though not essential.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Ohio pharmacist license
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Prior FQHC or 340B setting experience preferred
• Experience using Rx30 system preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Perform all typical retail pharmacy duties, including dispensing medications accurately and counseling patients
• Collaborate with a proficient pharmacy technician to ensure efficient pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy policies
