Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Columbus Grove, Ohio

A community health center pharmacy requires a Staff Pharmacist to provide vacation coverage from Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26. This Per Diem opportunity is located in Columbus Grove, OH, with the pharmacy approximately one hour north of Columbus.

This role’s schedule includes shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day. The position involves typical retail pharmacy duties with support from a strong pharmacy technician team. Experience working with Rx30 pharmacy system is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Prior experience in FQHC or 340B settings highly preferred, but not required
• Active Ohio pharmacist license

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and manage prescriptions accurately following retail standards
• Provide patient counseling and medication education as needed
• Collaborate with pharmacy technician to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
