Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Culver, Indiana

This contract position is for a licensed pharmacist with retail experience to support a community pharmacy in Indiana. The role involves ensuring accurate prescription processing and maintaining pharmacy security in a professional retail setting.

Location

• Winamac, IN (Local candidates preferred)
• Business casual dress code

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
• Every other Saturday coverage, 9 AM to 6 PM
• Three days of orientation/training required before starting

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill prescription orders and verify technician-prepared products before release
• Maintain security and control of pharmacy stock and controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient information accurately using the pharmacy’s order entry system

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed Pharmacist in Indiana
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
