Work Hours: Monday through Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits - Direct Hire
- Direct Hire Salary: $132,000 to $175,000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly
- Supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacy technicians and billing clerk
- Monitor patient profiles for accuracy including drug allergies, drug interactions, duplicate therapy, and rational drug therapy
- Endorse and uphold retail pharmacy policies and procedures
- Maintain quality control, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste
- Participate in the 340B program, antibiotic stewardship, pharmacy and therapeutics meetings, and other pharmacy related meetings
- Stay current in the pharmaceutical field through continuing education, conferences, professional journals, and professional societies
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience required
- Retail pharmacy experience required
- 340B program experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred

- Strong clinical judgment across all patient age groups
- Natural leader and team builder in a small pharmacy environment
- Self motivated and comfortable working in a rural community setting
- Committed to being an active and invested member of the community you serve
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Pharmacist License required
- Willingness to relocate

Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
