A retail pharmacy opportunity is available in Espanola, NM, offering a contract position focused on day shifts in a high-volume setting. The role requires flexibility to start at either 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This position uses the Pioneer pharmacy system and involves managing a busy pharmacy processing approximately 600 prescriptions per day.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and patient counseling
• Verifying USP 800 Non-Sterile compounded prescriptions (verification only; no compounding required)
• Maintaining accuracy and compliance within a fast-paced retail environment

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist License
• Familiarity with non-sterile compounding is beneficial
• Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy setting is a strong plus
