Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Finlayson, MN

Per Diem Pharmacists are needed to provide critical support across multiple locations for specialty and retail pharmacy services. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic setting supporting both long-term care and retail pharmacy operations on May 14th and May 15th.

Locations for coverage include:

• Walker, MN
• Sandstone, MN
• Warroad, MN
• Wells, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (coverage specifically on May 14th and May 15th)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients in a retail and long-term care environment
• Manage pharmacy operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide immunizations and patient care services as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
• Certified Immunizer
• CPR Certification
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail and long-term care pharmacy protocols
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
