This Per Diem opportunity is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking flexible assignments across multiple locations. Over two days, you’ll provide essential pharmacy services at specialty retail sites, supporting long-term care and retail operations.

Locations and Dates:

  • Walker, MN: May 14 & 15
  • Sandstone, MN: May 14 & 15
  • Warroad, MN: May 14 & 15
  • Wells, MN: May 14 & 15

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM during assignment days

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing prescription dispensing and verification in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Providing medication therapy management and counseling to patients
  • Supporting long-term care pharmacy services
  • Administering immunizations as required
  • Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Licensed pharmacist with readiness to work at multiple sites
  • Immunization certification and current CPR certification
  • PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
  • Strong communication skills and clinical knowledge
