Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Fort Worth, Texas

This opportunity is for a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist role within a Retail and Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy environment. The position requires verifying 150-200 prescriptions daily and administering immunizations. Support is available through qualified pharmacy technicians and register staff to help ensure smooth operations.

• 04/12: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM
• 04/26: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM
• 05/01: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM
• 05/03: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM
• 05/04: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM or 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense 150-200 prescriptions per day
• Administer immunizations in accordance with state laws and pharmacy protocols
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations and standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current, active Texas Pharmacist license
• Immunization certification required
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with Computer Rx systems preferred
