Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist in Greensboro, NC

This opportunity calls for an experienced Infusion Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in Greensboro, NC. This contract assignment offers immediate start with potential for long-term placement or permanent hire. While the focus is on infusion expertise, retail pharmacists will be considered for contract roles during the search for the ideal infusion specialist.

Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders for infusion therapies, overseeing the preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications, and ensuring strict compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards. The pharmacist will provide clinical support and accurate drug information to staff and patients, collaborate with the team to promote patient safety and efficient workflow, and maintain thorough documentation adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
