An opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist with retail experience to support pharmacy operations on a per diem basis. This role offers flexibility with scheduled hours and the chance to work within a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications following state and federal regulations
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Manage inventory and maintain compliance with pharmacy policies
• Utilize the PrimeRx system effectively for prescription processing and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a retail pharmacist
• Active pharmacist license in the applicable state
• Familiarity with PrimeRx or similar pharmacy management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
