Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Hinckley, MN

Immediate openings for Per Diem Pharmacists to support multiple pharmacy locations. These roles focus on delivering high-quality pharmacy services within specialty and retail settings. Candidates must be prepared to work full shifts on May 14th and May 15th at one of four sites.

Locations and Dates:

• Walker, MN: May 14th & 15th
• Sandstone, MN: May 14th & 15th
• Warroad, MN: May 14th & 15th
• Wells, MN: May 14th & 15th

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard Long Term Care and retail pharmacist duties
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on medication use
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Provide immunization services as required
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree preferred
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
