Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Hinckley, Minnesota

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available for Per Diem shifts on May 14th and 15th across four locations in Minnesota: Walker, Sandstone, Warroad, and Wells. This role supports Specialty Pharmacy settings with duties encompassing both Long Term Care and retail pharmacy services.

Location:

• Walker, MN
• Sandstone, MN
• Warroad, MN
• Wells, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a retail and long-term care environment
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding prescribed medications
• Conduct immunizations as part of patient care services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy management
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, state and federal regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent experience in pharmacy practice
• Certification in immunization and CPR preferred
• Experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy operations during assigned shifts
