A Per Diem opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist with retail and long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience in Keller, TX. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail/LTC pharmacy environment using the Computer Rx system, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and medication safety.
Schedule of Shifts:
- 04/12: 12:45pm - 6:15pm
- 04/26: 12:45pm - 6:15pm
- 05/01: 7:45am - 4:00pm or 7:45am - 2:00pm
- 05/03: 12:45pm - 6:15pm
- 05/04: 7:45am - 4:00pm or 7:45am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and accurately dispense 150-200 prescriptions daily
- Administer immunizations in accordance with state regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and register support to facilitate smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with retail and LTC pharmacy standards and protocols
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Texas Pharmacist License (TX RPh)
- Current Immunization Certification
- Proven experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
