Retail Staff Pharmacist in Keno, OR

A retail-focused pharmacist role is available in Keno, OR, on a contract basis for 13 weeks. This position involves working primarily on the retail/outpatient side within a health system that operates multiple pharmacy locations in Klamath Falls. The pharmacist will float between these nearby sites, providing flexibility and varied work settings.

Schedule & Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week, including some Saturdays
• Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify, fill, and check prescription orders accurately
• Provide counseling to patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Oversee and supervise pharmacy technicians and workflow
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and healthcare regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oregon pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to work full-time including weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively float to multiple nearby locations within 5 miles
