Retail Staff Pharmacist - Klamath Falls, OR

A retail pharmacist position is available on a contract basis in Klamath Falls, OR, with a quick-start opportunity lasting approximately 13 weeks. This role focuses on the retail/outpatient pharmacy setting within a health system that includes multiple pharmacy locations within a short distance, requiring some floating between sites.

Schedule and Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Monday through Friday: 7:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
• Float to nearby pharmacy locations as needed (all within approximately 5 miles)

Responsibilities:

• Verify, fill, and check prescriptions accurately
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
• Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and effective medication use

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Oregon pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience
• Availability for full-time hours, including weekends
