Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Klamath Falls, Oregon

A retail/outpatient pharmacy opportunity is available in Klamath Falls, OR, for experienced pharmacists ready to provide exceptional care on a short-term basis. This contract role offers the chance to work across several retail locations within a close radius, providing variety and engagement in your daily routine.

Location: Klamath Falls, OR
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM (some Saturdays required)

Responsibilities:

• Verify, fill, and check prescriptions accurately
• Oversee pharmacy technicians’ work to maintain quality standards
• Provide counseling to patients regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Serve as a resource for medication-related questions and guidance
• Float between multiple retail pharmacy locations within a 5-mile radius

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to work full-time, including weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
