Provide professional pharmacy services as a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in a specialized retail pharmacy setting focused on HIV/AIDS care. This role requires managing operations independently without pharmacy technician support in a single-pharmacist environment.

Schedule:

• Monday, 6/1: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday, 6/2: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday, 6/3: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday, 6/10: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify 20-35 prescriptions daily while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Provide high-level patient care and support, with clear, compassionate communication tailored to patient needs.
• Maintain strong communication with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
• Operate independently as the sole pharmacist on-site, managing the pharmacy without technician assistance.
• Utilize QS1 pharmacy software for prescription processing and record-keeping.
• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and maintaining a professional, positive attitude throughout all shifts.
• Participate in pre-start training to ensure readiness for independent operation.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Nevada Pharmacist License required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy, preferably with exposure to HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a single-pharmacist environment.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and providers.
• Professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to consistent attendance.
