Retail Staff Pharmacist in Logansport, IN

A retail pharmacy position is available for an Indiana licensed pharmacist to support a community pharmacy setting. This contract opportunity offers a consistent schedule with defined hours, ideal for candidates seeking steady work in a retail environment. Location: Winamac, IN (Local candidates only)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (40 hours/week)
• Every other Saturday, 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify orders, including checking technician-prepared products before release
• Maintain security protocols for the pharmacy and controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient information with a high degree of accuracy
• Follow retail pharmacy procedures and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license
• Previous retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system is a plus
• Ability to complete a 3-day training/orientation prior to starting the role
• Professionalism in adherence to a business casual dress code
