Retail Staff Pharmacist - Malin, OR

This opportunity is for a retail pharmacist role based in the Klamath Falls area, with a focus on outpatient pharmacy services. The position involves working across several nearby pharmacy locations within a health system, providing flexibility and variety in daily activities. This contract role spans 13 weeks and features a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/7 schedule)
• Monday through Friday: 7:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
• Float responsibilities across multiple sites within a 5-mile radius

Responsibilities:

• Verify, fill, and check prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians.
• Counsel patients on appropriate use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience.
• Availability to work full-time hours as outlined.
