Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Mc Rae Helena, GA

Provide your expertise as a Staff Pharmacist in a retail pharmacy setting with a reputable managed pharmacy located in Brunswick, GA, just an hour from both Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL. This opportunity involves per diem coverage with flexible scheduling throughout late June.

Schedule:

• Monday, 6/22: 8 AM – 6 PM
• Wednesday, 6/24: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Thursday, 6/25: 8 AM – 5 PM
• Friday, 6/26: 8 AM – 3 PM
• Monday, 6/29: 8 AM – 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and company policies.
• Utilize Datascan by WinPharm system effectively.
• Provide excellent patient care and counseling.
• Handle 340B program duties if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia pharmacy license.
• Experience in retail or community pharmacy settings.
• Proven ability in supervising pharmacy technicians and managing pharmacy operations.
• Prior experience with 340B programs is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with pharmacy technology, specifically Datascan by WinPharm.
