Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Mc Rae Helena, GA

A per diem opportunity is available for an experienced Staff Pharmacist with a focus on retail pharmacy settings. This role supports a managed pharmacy located in Brunswick, GA, a convenient one-hour drive south of Savannah and north of Jacksonville, FL.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday, 6/22: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, 6/24: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday, 6/25: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, 6/26: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday, 6/29: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately within a retail/community pharmacy environment.
• Utilize the Datascan by WinPharm system for efficient workflow and inventory management.
• Support compliance with 340B program requirements (prior experience preferred, but not mandatory).
• Maintain excellent patient care and pharmacy service standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia pharmacist license.
• Proven experience in retail or community pharmacy settings.
• Familiarity with supervising pharmacy technicians and managing pharmacy operations.
• Prior 340B program experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with Datascan by WinPharm software.
