Exciting opportunity for an experienced retail pharmacist to provide essential pharmaceutical care in a dynamic health system in Klamath Falls, OR. This 13-week contract position offers a unique chance to work in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and the ability to float between nearby locations, enhancing your professional experience.
Schedule & Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, including some Saturdays
- Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Location:
- Klamath Falls, Oregon
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify, fill, and check prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety
- Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
- Counsel patients on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Float between several nearby pharmacy locations within the health system (~5 miles apart) to meet operational needs
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Oregon pharmacist license
- A minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
- Ability to adapt and float between multiple locations seamlessly
