Retail Staff Pharmacist in Merrill, OR

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available for a 13-week contract in Klamath Falls, OR, with an immediate start. This role involves supporting outpatient retail pharmacy operations across multiple nearby locations, requiring flexibility to float between sites within a five-mile radius.

Schedule & Hours:

• 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM (some Saturdays included)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify, fill, and check prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and provide oversight to pharmacy technicians
• Counsel patients on prescription medications and over-the-counter products
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Oregon pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
• Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
