Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Merrill, Oregon

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist ready to provide expert retail and outpatient pharmacy services in a dynamic health system environment. Based in Klamath Falls, OR, this role involves floating among several nearby pharmacy locations, offering variety and the chance to impact multiple communities within the area.

Responsibilities include verifying and filling prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and counseling patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications with a focus on safety and education. The pharmacist will be instrumental in maintaining excellent pharmacy operations while delivering compassionate patient care.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
• Some Saturdays included to support patient needs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Oregon pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to work full-time hours and flexible schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient safety and professional pharmacy practices

Duration:

• 13-week contract position with an immediate start
