This opportunity is for a Per Diem Retail Pharmacist position located in Mesa, AZ, supporting an urgent backfill need. The position involves working on Wednesday and Thursday, February 25 and 26, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The pharmacy utilizes the Pioneer Rx system and has a daily prescription volume of under 100. The pharmacy staff consists of one pharmacist and three technicians.

Responsibilities include accurately filling and dispensing medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, verifying patient allergies to ensure safety, and handling patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of the role to maintain patient satisfaction and adherence.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
