This role is for an experienced retail pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in a busy retail pharmacy setting. You will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately dispense prescription medications to patients
- Provide counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to optimize patient care
- Manage inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels
- Assist in resolving insurance and billing issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist with active credentials
- Proven retail pharmacy experience required
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
