Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Minneapolis, Minnesota

This opportunity is for a Retail Staff Pharmacist position within a well-supported regional grocery store pharmacy in Minneapolis, MN. This contract-to-hire role offers the chance to transition into a permanent pharmacist position with a strong team and modern pharmacy technology.

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 40 hours per week, with some flexibility for relief coverage
• Monday typically experiences higher prescription volume, requiring comfort managing a busy start to the week

Pharmacy Environment:

• Approximately 600 prescriptions processed weekly
• Strong pharmacy technician support and collaboration — not a solo role
• Recently installed robotic dispensing system to enhance workflow
• Utilizes EnterpriseRx for order entry
• Supportive retail pharmacy setting with well-established procedures

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous retail pharmacy experience required
• Familiarity with EnterpriseRx preferred; willingness to learn quickly accepted
• Strong patient communication and counseling capabilities
• Current Minnesota Pharmacist License or readiness to obtain one
• Reliable, consistent professional interested in ongoing or permanent placement
