This opportunity seeks a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy services in a retail environment. The position is based in Monon, IN, at a well-established community pharmacy. The role offers full-time hours with a commitment to quality patient care and accurate medication dispensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill prescription orders and verify technician-prepared products before release
- Maintain security protocols for pharmacy operations and controlled substances
- Enter patient orders and information with precision using the PioneerRx system (experience preferred)
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active pharmacist license in Indiana
- Proven retail pharmacy experience, demonstrating safe and effective dispensing practices
- Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Every other Saturday coverage, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Location: Monon, Indiana, with onsite training and orientation over 3 days prior to start
