Schedule/Hours:

• Store open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• First Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (options for shorter shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Second Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (options for shorter shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Flexible hours allow for shifts less than 8 hours as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold core values and deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company mission
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies including HIPAA
• Verify accuracy of prescriptions issued by authorized prescribers
• Provide thorough patient counseling and answer medication-related inquiries
• Maintain procedures for quality assurance, controlled substances security, and hazardous waste disposal
• Handle pharmacist phone calls, messages, and prescription requests professionally
• Assist in resolving customer concerns both in-person and via phone
• Note: This location does not provide vaccinations or medication therapy management services

Qualifications:

• Active, clear Texas Pharmacist License
• Minimum 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance
