Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Nantucket, Massachusetts

This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist to provide retail pharmacy services in an outpatient setting attached to a hospital on Nantucket, MA. The position is a 13-week contract with an ASAP start, offering a consistent day-shift schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week. Location: Nantucket, MA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Full-time availability required

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a retail/outpatient pharmacy setting
• Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Utilize pharmacy information systems for inventory and prescription management

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license
