An opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with a Delaware license is available for a hybrid inpatient/outpatient role. This position requires expertise in managing medication operations across various settings, blending clinical knowledge with hands-on dispensing duties.

• Monday to Friday
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication management for automated dispensing cabinets at multiple hospital locations, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Initiate daily medication cartfill processes to support inpatient care units.
• Float to the retail pharmacy to carry out dispensing responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate utilizing IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Pharmacist license in the State of Delaware (required).
• Pharm.D degree or B.S. Pharm with relevant clinical experience is acceptable.
• Strong clinical knowledge combined with practical dispensing skills.
• Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient pharmacy workflows.
• Experience with Cerner and Omnicell software systems is preferred.
