A dynamic pharmacist opportunity is available in Delaware for a candidate with a valid DE license seeking a hybrid inpatient/outpatient role. This position will provide essential support to hospital medication operations and retail pharmacy functions, offering a well-rounded experience in diverse pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain medication operations for automated dispensing cabinets at hospital locations.
• Initiate and manage daily cartfill activities to ensure proper medication delivery.
• Float to the retail pharmacy to assist with dispensing duties as needed.
• Utilize technology platforms such as Cerner and Omnicell to manage pharmacy operations efficiently.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to fulfill medication needs accurately and promptly.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Pharm.D degree or B.S. Pharm with equivalent relevant experience.
• Current active pharmacist license in the State of Delaware.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practices.
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy systems and automation tools like Cerner and Omnicell.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.

Location:

• Newark, Delaware (hybrid role requiring presence in both inpatient and outpatient settings).

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
