A retail pharmacist position is available in Newfolden, MN, supporting a busy community pharmacy equipped with advanced technology, including a new automation robot to enhance dispensing efficiency. The pharmacy fills approximately 600 prescriptions weekly, with Mondays being the peak activity day. Location: Newfolden, MN
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week; some flexibility may be available for relief shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions and counsel patients on medication use
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to manage workflow efficiently
• Leverage new robotic technology to streamline dispensing and improve accuracy
• Use EnterpriseRX system to support pharmacy operations and maintain compliance
• Provide strong pharmacy technician support and leadership within the dispensary

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced workload averaging 600 scripts per week
• Familiarity with pharmacy automation technology preferred
• Proficient in pharmacy management systems, ideally EnterpriseRX
