Retail Staff Pharmacist in North Judson, IN

This opportunity seeks a licensed Indiana pharmacist with retail experience to provide professional pharmacy services in a community pharmacy setting. The position is contract-based, starting June 29th, with coverage until a permanent pharmacist is hired.

Location:

• North Judson, IN (Local candidates only)
• Community pharmacy within a hospital setting

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify orders, including reviewing technician-prepared products prior to release
• Maintain pharmacy security and proper handling of controlled substances
• Enter orders and patient information accurately into the system (PioneerRx experience preferred)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Indiana pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy practice is essential
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory security

Additional Details:

• Three days of training/orientation required before starting
• Business casual dress code observed
• Position available at a community pharmacy located in a hospital environment
