Retail Staff Pharmacist in North Judson, IN

This opportunity is for a licensed pharmacist to provide professional retail pharmacy services at a community healthcare setting in the area. The role focuses on accurate prescription filling, thorough review of technician-prepared products, and safeguarding pharmacy operations including controlled substances.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and verify pharmacy orders
• Review and approve technician-prepared prescriptions prior to release
• Maintain pharmacy security and compliance with controlled substance regulations
• Enter patient and order information into the system with precision, preferably using PioneerRx
• Participate in a 3-day training and orientation prior to starting work

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Indiana pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred
• Familiarity with PioneerRx order entry system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work well independently and maintain security protocols

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Every other Saturday coverage, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

• North Judson, IN (local candidates only)
• Position supports a community pharmacy linked to Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac, IN
