Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Phoenix, AZ

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a reliable professional to provide coverage two days per week, preferably Wednesdays and Thursdays. This per diem role supports a team including one pharmacist and three technicians, handling a daily prescription volume of under 100.

Schedule:

• Wednesdays and Thursdays preferred
• 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense medications based on provider prescriptions, verifying patient allergies before dispensing.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns following organizational protocols.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Clear and active Arizona pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency with Pioneer Rx system is advantageous.
