Schedule/Hours:

• Store open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 1st Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (options to work shorter shifts, such as 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
• 2nd Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (options to work shorter shifts, such as 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Flexible scheduling available; less than 8 hours per shift can be accommodated

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold company core values and provide outstanding customer service in alignment with established processes
• Verify all prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA
• Collaborate with prescribers and patients by offering guidance on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage
• Manage pharmacy security, quality assurance, and proper disposal of hazardous waste drugs
• Respond to pharmacist-related phone inquiries and retrieve messages or prescriptions from voicemail
• Conduct patient counseling and resolve customer concerns in person and on the phone
• Note: Vaccinations and medication therapy management (MTM) services are not performed at this location

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Active and clear Texas pharmacist license required
