Retail Staff Pharmacist in Post Falls, ID

Join a retail pharmacy environment as a Staff Pharmacist working primarily day shifts with flexible weekly hours. This role is based in Rathdrum, ID, offering a contract to hire opportunity over a 13-week period with the potential for a full-time position afterward.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (with an alternate Thursday or Friday off when working Saturday)
• 24-32 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Provide patient counseling to deliver exceptional pharmacy care.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with a team consisting of 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier.
• Utilize the Pioneer system to manage approximately 300-400 prescriptions daily.
• Uphold superior customer service standards and foster a team-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Current, clear, and active pharmacist license in Idaho.
• Proven pharmacy experience, especially in retail settings.
• Ability to provide updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references.
