Retail Retail Staff Pharmacist in Red Lake Falls, MN

A retail pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Red Lake Falls, MN. This position offers an opportunity to work with a well-established pharmacy operating multiple locations across Minnesota, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and pharmacy services.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 40 hours per week, with potential flexibility for relief roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a prescription volume of approximately 600 scripts per week, with Mondays being the busiest day
• Utilize a new robotic system to streamline dispensing processes and enhance accuracy
• Collaborate with a strong pharmacy technician team to maintain efficient workflow
• Accurately dispense medications, counsel patients, and provide professional advice on health and wellness
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and enterprise software systems such as EnterpriseRX

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed and registered Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient in managing high prescription volumes while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with pharmacy automation and robotic systems is highly valued
