A retail pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Red Lake Falls, MN. This position offers an opportunity to work with a well-established pharmacy operating multiple locations across Minnesota, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and pharmacy services.
Schedule & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 40 hours per week, with potential flexibility for relief roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a prescription volume of approximately 600 scripts per week, with Mondays being the busiest day
- Utilize a new robotic system to streamline dispensing processes and enhance accuracy
- Collaborate with a strong pharmacy technician team to maintain efficient workflow
- Accurately dispense medications, counsel patients, and provide professional advice on health and wellness
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and enterprise software systems such as EnterpriseRX
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed and registered Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
- Proficient in managing high prescription volumes while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with pharmacy automation and robotic systems is highly valued
- Ability to work effectively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare professionals
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
