A retail pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to provide coverage on-site with flexible scheduling in Round Rock, TX. This position requires availability for shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to support pharmacy operations. The site utilizes Pioneer Rx software and has technician support to assist with dispensing and workflow efficiency.

Schedule:

• Wednesday, 3/25/26, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, 3/26/26, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday, 3/27/26, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescriptions while adhering to state and federal regulations
• Counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff to ensure seamless daily operations
• Utilize Pioneer Rx system for prescription processing and record keeping
• Maintain inventory and ensure medication safety protocols

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas pharmacist license
• Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems; prior Pioneer Rx experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
