A retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated per diem pharmacist to provide professional medication dispensing and patient care services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced environment using Pioneer Rx, supported by pharmacy technicians.

Location:

  • Round Rock, TX

Schedule:

  • Wednesday, 3/25/26, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, 3/26/26, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, 3/27/26, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications following established protocols.
  • Counsel patients regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers.
  • Utilize Pioneer Rx software for prescription processing and inventory management.
  • Maintain compliance with Texas pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid Texas Pharmacist license required.
  • Experience working as a retail pharmacist preferred.
  • Familiarity with Pioneer Rx or similar pharmacy management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple pharmacy tasks.
  • Availability to work full shifts during the specified dates.
