Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications accurately following professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal regulations.
• Conduct medication reconciliation when applicable to promote seamless patient care transitions.
• Provide expert consultation to patients on their medications, including dosage, frequency, requirements, and potential drug interactions.
• Maintain a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and clinical care standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist in a retail environment.
