Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Join a well-supported retail pharmacy team within a regional grocery store setting in Minnesota, offering a rewarding opportunity to grow into a permanent Staff Pharmacist role. This contract-to-hire position is designed for a pharmacist ready to contribute to a busy pharmacy environment and deliver excellent patient care.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week, with some flexibility available for relief coverage
• Monday is the busiest day; candidates should be comfortable managing higher patient volumes

Responsibilities:

• Manage an average weekly prescription volume of around 600 scripts
• Provide exceptional patient counseling and education
• Collaborate effectively with a strong support team of pharmacy technicians
• Utilize a new robotic dispensing system to streamline workflow
• Work within an EnterpriseRx order entry system environment (training available if needed)
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies to ensure safe and efficient pharmacy operations

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings, with comfort handling moderate prescription volumes
• Familiarity with EnterpriseRx preferred, or the ability and motivation to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on patient-centered care
• Dependable, consistent, and interested in long-term placement opportunities
