Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist in Salol, MN

This per diem opportunity seeks experienced pharmacists to support retail and long-term care pharmacy needs across multiple locations. Assignments are available for May 14th and 15th, offering flexibility for those looking to expand their professional portfolio with short-term engagements.

Locations:

• Walker, MN
• Sandstone, MN
• Warroad, MN
• Wells, MN

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct retail pharmacy duties, including dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients
• Provide long-term care pharmacy services tailored to the needs of specific patient populations
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD degree or equivalent
• Immunization Certified and CPR Certification preferred
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
