Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Sandstone, Minnesota

This opportunity is for Per Diem Pharmacists to support multiple retail and specialty pharmacy sites on May 14th and 15th. Positions are available at locations in Sandstone, Walker, Warroad, and Wells, MN. The role involves essential pharmacist responsibilities within both long-term care and retail pharmacy settings.

Schedule:

• May 14th and May 15th
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Location:

• Sandstone, MN (also openings in Walker, Warroad, Wells)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive long-term care and retail pharmacy services
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy
• Administer immunizations as certified
• Perform medication therapy management (MTM) when applicable

Desired Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent experience
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care and retail pharmacy preferred
• MTM certification considered a plus

This per diem role offers flexibility for licensed pharmacists interested in contributing expertise across multiple pharmacy settings on a short-term basis. Candidates should be prepared to work at one of the specified sites on the specified dates.
