Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Sandstone, Minnesota

This opportunity is for Per Diem Pharmacists to provide essential pharmacy services across several retail and specialty pharmacy sites. The role offers flexible, short-term assignments on May 14th and 15th, supporting experienced pharmacists in delivering high-quality care.

Locations Available:

• Walker, MN
• Sandstone, MN
• Warroad, MN
• Wells, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in both long-term care and retail settings.
• Counsel patients on prescription use, side effects, and storage.
• Participate in immunization services as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent certification in medication therapy management (MTM).
• Immunization certification.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy services is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
