Retail Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Thief River Falls, Minnesota

A retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join their team in Thief River Falls, MN. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative pharmacy technology, including a newly implemented robotic system, in a setting that supports strong technical assistance. Location: Thief River Falls, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week with potential flexibility for relief coverage

Responsibilities:

• Fill and manage approximately 600 prescriptions weekly, with Monday as the peak day
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize pharmacy robotics and EnterpriseRX system to enhance workflow accuracy and efficiency
• Provide patient counseling and support on medication regimens
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient in prescription processing and patient consultation
• Comfortable working with pharmacy automation technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of prescriptions efficiently
