Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on medication choices, dosage forms, side effects, and compatibility.
• Recommend appropriate and cost-effective therapeutic alternatives as needed.
• Provide timely and precise medication information to healthcare staff and patients.
• Maintain accurate controlled substance records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support clinical pharmacy services including drug consultations, IV-to-oral conversions, renal dosing adjustments, and non-formulary medication reviews.

Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
