Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions in retail pharmacy settings.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage patient consultations, medication therapy reviews, and immunizations.
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Complete training on QS1 pharmacy software to ensure proficiency.
- Participate in one dedicated 8-hour training shift, with additional training available as needed.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist with immunization privileges and a current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in retail pharmacy environments.
- Comfortable working independently, especially at pharmacist-only sites.
- Ability to manage an average daily prescription volume of 100-125.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule:
- Pharmacy hours typically Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with some locations open until 8 p.m.
- Ideal candidates can work 2-4 days per week, flexible to cover varying shifts as needed.
