Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy - Walker, Minnesota

Support medication safety and patient care in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting with opportunities across multiple locations in Minnesota. Locations and Dates:

• Walker, MN – May 14th & May 15th
• Sandstone, MN – May 14th & May 15th
• Warroad, MN – May 14th & May 15th
• Wells, MN – May 14th & May 15th

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Manage medication therapy for long-term care residents and retail patients
• Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their medications
• Administer immunizations according to established protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree preferred or equivalent pharmacy certification
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification preferred
• Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in multiple site environments
