Locations and Dates:
- Walker, MN – May 14th & May 15th
- Sandstone, MN – May 14th & May 15th
- Warroad, MN – May 14th & May 15th
- Wells, MN – May 14th & May 15th
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Manage medication therapy for long-term care residents and retail patients
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their medications
- Administer immunizations according to established protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- PharmD degree preferred or equivalent pharmacy certification
- Immunization Certification required
- CPR Certification preferred
- Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in multiple site environments
