A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support retail pharmacy operations in Wapato, WA. This role involves dispensing medications, offering expert guidance on drug use, and delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Washington State Pharmacy License and have experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings.

Location: Wapato, WA

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, April 20-24, 2026
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately dispense medications prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Counsel customers on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and prescription records.
  • Promote a high level of patient safety and satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active Washington State Pharmacist License required.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care pharmacy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
  • Commitment to accuracy and ethical pharmacy practices.
