Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Warroad, Minnesota

Locations and Dates:

• Walker, MN: May 14th & May 15th
• Sandstone, MN: May 14th & May 15th
• Warroad, MN: May 14th & May 15th
• Wells, MN: May 14th & May 15th

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in long-term care and retail settings
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper medication use
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Participate in immunization administration and maintain patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree or equivalent
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
