Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Warroad, MN

A specialty pharmacy seeks qualified pharmacists for per diem assignments at multiple locations in Minnesota. These short-term opportunities are scheduled for May 14th and May 15th, offering professional experience within retail and long-term care pharmacy settings.

Locations and Dates:

• Walker, MN – May 14 & 15
• Sandstone, MN – May 14 & 15
• Warroad, MN – May 14 & 15
• Wells, MN – May 14 & 15

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in retail and long-term care settings
• Dispense medications accurately following established protocols
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
• Administer immunizations as required
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and ethical standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent experience
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
