A retail and long-term care pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for per diem assignments in Weatherford, TX. This role offers the opportunity to support high-quality patient care by verifying prescriptions and administering immunizations within a well-supported environment.

Schedule:

• 04/12: 12:45 pm – 6:15 pm
• 04/26: 12:45 pm – 6:15 pm
• 05/01: 7:45 am – 4:00 pm or 7:45 am – 2:00 pm
• 05/03: 12:45 pm – 6:15 pm
• 05/04: 7:45 am – 4:00 pm or 7:45 am – 2:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Verify approximately 150-200 prescriptions daily to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Administer immunizations to support community health initiatives
• Utilize Computer Rx system for accurate record-keeping and dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and register support staff to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license
• Current immunization certification
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy settings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of prescriptions
