Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist in Wells, MN

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available for per diem coverage on May 14th and 15th at multiple locations, including Wells, MN. This role involves providing essential pharmacy services in a specialty pharmacy setting, supporting both retail and long-term care duties.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to patients
• Provide expert counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage
• Perform immunizations and maintain vaccination records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Deliver comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM) services as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• PharmD degree or equivalent pharmacy qualification
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care settings preferred
• MTM Certification is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Schedule:

• May 14th and 15th, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
