This opportunity seeks a skilled retail pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a high-volume setting. The position is based in White Rock, NM, and requires flexibility to start shifts at either 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM. The working hours align with the pharmacy’s operation: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient counseling
• Verify USP 800 non-sterile compounded prescriptions (verification only; no compounding performed)
• Manage a busy pharmacy processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Utilize the Pioneer pharmacy system proficiently

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist License
• Experience handling non-sterile compounding is advantageous
