This opportunity is for a retail pharmacist role based in White Rock, NM, offering a contract position with flexible day shifts starting between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM. The pharmacy operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The system used is Pioneer, supporting efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, delivering excellent customer service and patient counseling, and verifying USP 800 Non-Sterile compounded prescriptions (verification only; no compounding required). The pharmacy manages a high volume of approximately 600 prescriptions per day, providing a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active and clear New Mexico Pharmacist License
• Experience or familiarity with non-sterile compounding is advantageous
• Background in a high-volume pharmacy setting preferred
